Essential distinction: an audit observation is not a criminal conviction. An allegation, FIR, arrest, inquiry or charge is not proof of guilt. Court and agency outcomes belong to the specific proceeding they decide.

A documented complaint, FIR, inquiry or agency investigation exists.
That the allegation was proven.
Charge / trial
A court has reached the stated procedural stage in a particular case.
A final outcome for every related person or proceeding.
Outcome
A conviction, acquittal, closure, withdrawal or court order is directly cited.
That separate appeals, connected cases or later developments have the same result.
These are deliberately narrow, primary-source-backed records. They document the audit or constitutional record available from the linked public sources; they do not assign criminal guilt.
