Heritage, rivers and civic change

Ramappa Temple

Kakatiya Rudreshwara (Ramappa) Temple is Telangana’s UNESCO World Heritage property. Hyderabad, Golconda and Qutb Shahi heritage retain separate national and tentative-list statuses.

Statehood movements

The 1969 mobilisation, later organisations, the 2001–2014 political movement and parliamentary bifurcation process are distinct phases with different actors and demands.

Rivers and irrigation

Krishna and Godavari allocations, tribunals, reservoirs, lift schemes, clearances and actual irrigation outcomes are separately sourced. Project cost is not irrigated area.

Adivasi and forest rights

Gond, Koya, Chenchu, Lambada and other communities have distinct histories. Scheduled Areas, podu lands, PESA and Forest Rights Act claims follow statutory and case records.
